Hello @herve13400, I believe a permalink flash will solve the issue. To flash the permalink, log in to your admin panel, go to settings, then Permalinks, and then save changes. This is simple, but this should solve the issue.
Apart from this, you can also ask in Astra’s official support threads at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/theme/astra/
Hope this helps. Regards
Bonjour,
Are you able to login to the WordPress Admin?
Can you browse to Settings > Permalinks and click on the Save Changes button a few times and check if that brings your missing category pages back?

D’avance merci.
Hervé
I see that when calling the backend, a 404 error occurs – i.e., it seems to be completely inaccessible. Did you change the URL of the backend using a plugin? If so, important settings are probably missing in the hosting, which is why it no longer works.
To restore access, I would recommend checking via FTP whether the /wp-admin/ directory still exists. If not, perform a manual update as described here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/documentation/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update – if you need help connecting via FTP, contact your host’s support team.
If that doesn’t work either, delete the .htaccess file in the main WordPress directory via FTP. After that, it should work again.
If you need personal assistance and your host cannot provide help, you may be able to find someone here: https://jobs.wordpress.net
Tip: there is also a general French support forum: https://fr.ww.wp.xz.cn/support/welcome/
I’m glad you found a way to restore it 🙂
And yes, there is a way to avoid this problem in the future: don’t rename the backend URL. In my opinion, this is unnecessary, as there are much better ways to defend against attacks on it. The best one is Auth Basic, which would need to be set up in your hosting – contact your host’s support team for this. Or, of course, you can also use security plugins, see: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/tags/security/
You can find more information about security here in this article: https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/advanced-administration/security/hardening/
