Page Attribute Rest Error

    Hi,

    I downloaded this add on for its ability to schedule page changes, but as I’ve been testing it I’ve noticed that it resets the template in the page attributes.

    Is this a bug anyone else is having, and if so how was it resolved. If it was resolved.

    @steffanr, although I did not recreate your error, Revisionary 1.3.1 does include a change which may prevent it. Please give it a try and let me know.

    @steffanr, Revisionary 1.3.5 resolves this error:

    * Fixed : With Classic Editor, Revision submission reset Page Template

    I’m running version 1.3.5 but am still encountering the same issue.

    I’m running WP Bakery instead of classic editor.

    @steffanr, We’re initially focused on compatibility with Gutenberg and the WordPress core. Revisionary does also work with some page builder plugins (including Salient Visual Composer 5.0.1), but there’s no official support yet. Configuration or compatibility issues you may encounter with them can be submitted to [email protected] as consulting inquiries.

    @steffanr, Revisionary is most likely to work with Visual Composer and other page builders / front end editors if you first enable the Classic Editor plugin.

    Revisionary is compatible with Gutenberg, but not Gutenberg + Third Party Editor.

    @steffanr, I just posted a Revisionary beta version which works with Beaver Builder (for Pending Revisions). This assists your Visual Composer use case by eliminating the need for Classic Editor to be activated for third party editor integration with Revisionary.
