I imagine that’s a theme issue…
Since Flatsome is a commercial theme you’ll need to ask them for help or pick a different theme.

Yeah, I wouldn’t know what code to add without looking deeply at the theme itself.
The theme author probably knows or will have quicker insights into that and it might benefit his other users to hear of the issue or for him to change some coding around.
An all-day job for me might benefit one person while a 5-minute job for him might benefit several hundred directly and all of his clients down the road.
