Page automatically scrolls down on frontpage

Hello.

Ever since WordPress have been updated to version 4.0, we have had some issues on our blog where when you go to the frontpage, it automatically scrolls down to around halfway on the site. It is quite annoying since our page is quite long.
Another site owner of another page (myaidol.net) and I both have this issue and niether of us have been able to solve the issue. The issue does not lie in some addon we have installed since both of us have tried to disable all addons installed without any effect.

The page in question is
