To follow up on the thread about main page backgrounds (found here:
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/background-image-46?replies=8 )

I’m in the early stages of helping a friend make a website for her business and am trying to get the white text background on pages to go away similar to how was done in the aforementioned thread for the home page. Am I just missing something obvious here?

The thread you’re referring to was talking about a different page, a page with circles on. If you’re not familiar with CSS then note that CSS relies on HTML and as you can see there is different HTML on your page.

In your Custom CSS replace this:
```
#page {
 background: none;
}
```
With this:
```
.hentry,
#page {
 background: none;
}
```
