WordPress has a usefull core feature : 

The plugin doesnt’t work with it. Can you fix it? Is this hard?

It’s a very common question. Simple answer is no.

There are more but it’s the same answer. Stumbled at the hierarchical support and then the presentation of the links made it too difficult (eg in a drop down, in a list, highlight current sections, next/prev links – all very theme related rather than plugin specific).
