Thank you for the form, I tested it on Forminator 1.21 but couldn’t replicate any issue, we would need to run some further tests, but since your site is live we don’t suggest running the tests there, could you first create a Staging https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/
Once done, kindly update the plugin and let us know the new URL so we can see the error on your site and check why it is happening.

Thank you for the form, I could notice that on your end the pagination number is being messed, it should follow 0 1 2 .. but it is 0 3 4 … which I believe is related to issue.
In the below screenshot you can see the difference between your form on your site and my lab site:

Do you have any custom mu-plugin that could be conflicting with pagination?

Hi Patrick, Thanks for your time and efford.
I am not using a theme. I use the page builder Oxygen. I have this message in the builder: “Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).forminatorFront is not a function on line #2 in https://teste.design4web.pt/?ct_template=main&ct_builder=true&oxygen_iframe=true“
I deactivated all the plugins and the problem still exists. I try to rollback oxygen to previous versions and got the same problem.

Does the Oxygene plugin have any site performance features? Like JS script optimization? If yes, can you disable them?

Hi Kasia,
I already disable all plugins in my site but Oxygen with no luck. As I told before Forminator version 1.18.2. works well with Oxygen and all other plugins in my site. I rollback Oxygen to previous versions to see if works with version 1.22.1 but it doesn’t.

Please check if any of the options in Qxygen->Settings->Bloat Eliminator is enabled, especially related with jQuery migrate, disable them all and try again.
