Page Builder does not work

Why it does not work?
adds this code

<ul>
<li> test </li>
<li> test2 </li>
<li> test3 </li>
</ul>

should display yes:

• test
• test2
• test3

and in Page Builder displays this:

test
test2
test3

After adding these tags, it also changes the font

why <li> does not work?

As I will add without the Page Builder plugin, it displays everything correctly
