• Hi,

I have a little problem with page builder. Somehow the menu dissapeared and it deactivated itself. When I try to activate page builder it says:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare siteorigin_panels_admin_menu() (previously declared in /home/roelinem/public_html/wp-content/themes/origami/extras/panels/panels.php:14) in /home/roelinem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/siteorigin-panels.php on line 70

Anyone who knows how I can fix this and get it to run again?

    Thanks!

  • This is a problem when you use Page Builder with a theme that already has Page Builder bundled in. What theme (and version) are you using?

I’m using Origami Premium: Version 2.5.2 by SiteOrigin.

A quick fix is to disable Origami (by enabling one of the default WP themes), then activate Page Builder in the plugins section. Finally reactivate Origami and you should be good to go.

I’ll be releasing an update to Origami shortly that fixes this issue.
