PAGE BUILDER make auto-block doesn’t work?

I selected the option block iframes, embeds, objects and scripts in posts, pages and widgets.
But I have wp cache plugin and I read that people have problems with both plugins but if I disable wp cache or I use the (sperimental* option): open the file wp-content/advanced-cache.php and add the following immediately after <?php opening:
if ( !isset( $_COOKIE[‘euCookie’] ) ){ return; }
The EU cookie law plugin doesn’t block ones
So I think could be the Page Builder Plugin that I’m using as well
Have anybody the same problem?
