Over the past week, I’ve experienced this message within Jetpack. I’ll regenerate critical CSS, but under the Cache Site Pages section, I get an error that reads Page Cache Is Not Working. Below that, it states that the cache engine is not loading. It prompts me to delete and re-install Jetpack—which I have—but the issue persists.

Howdy @jebbohn – I took a look into your Jetpack connection and everything is looking great. I did notice that you do have a plugin called LiteSpeed Cache installed. Having two plugins that do the same thing can cause conflicts, in this case trying to use Boost cache and having LiteSpeed Cache enabled might cause them to fail.

If you could deactivate that plugin and any other optimization/performance plugin or settings through plugins you have installed and try again.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi @jebbohn,

Do you have updates about the above? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
