Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
This isn’t expected, when the caching is ON it should run a faster site and return a better result.
Do you have any other caching plugins installed that can conflict with Hummingbird?
Could you try a plugin reset in Hummingbird > Settings > Data > Factory rest and see if it makes any difference?

I have done that before. Doesn’t help!
Please note that this happens ONLY with the “page caching” functionality.

I checked this on a test site but could not replicate it at our end.
Can you please try a complete conflict test to ensure no other plugin conflicts with the Humminbird Page Caching feature?
