Page caching not working

Hi this is a fantastic plugin – found out about it through Smush Pro, and both have sped up my site dramatically! However, for the life of me i can’t get page caching to work. It is not caching anything locally, even after I’ve surfed around the entire site in another browser logged out. It’s completely empty, and I’m not seeing the comment in the file that it’s serving a cached version. What may be the cause of this?

I don’t know if it might be Ezoic, however, I’ve cleared the cache over there too, and the way the documentation sounds, there should be files here. I’ve had it on for two days and still have no pages cached, which seems unusual given the traffic I’ve had.
