    Hi,

I recently updated Ignite to the latest version and ever since I’ve been having problems with pages not being able to be displayed. For example, if I go to my login page: http://jamesdevonshire.com/wp-admin and try and login it immediately comes back with a ‘page cannot be displayed’ error message. I get this instantly maybe 10 or more times before it eventually logs in. The same also happens when I’m actually logged into the WP dashboard and trying to upload media or publish a post etc.

I’ve also opened a support ticket with my web host but they have come back saying that everything is okay etc.

I’ve also tried disabling all plugins but that hasn’t made a difference, so I re-enabled them again.

    Any thoughts much appreciated

I forgot to say that I’ve also noticed some weird happenings with spam comments. For example, there is one there now and if I mark it as spam it disappears but then when I refresh the page it’s instantly back (same comment, not a new one).

    Database connectivity perhaps?

    Hi James,

Can you temporarily switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme, and try to recreate the same issues? Since plugins have been ruled out, this will let us see if the issue is with Ignite or your WordPress installation.
