Page changes in all languages

Hi,

I’m sorry if this comes across as a noobish question, but I’m currently making a website in four languages. I frequently change things like layout en pictures and have noticed that these changes are not carried across all languages.
Is there a way to change page layout automatically in all languages and not having to perform all changes four times manually?
