    in preview show me just “home page”
    so if I don’t have form there I cannot see it

    Hi Bruno,

    That doesn’t sound right. Is it possible for you to give me a temporary admin account so that I can debug for you?

    If so, please just add [email protected] as an administrator (don’t post any passwords here, you can email them to me if you like).
