Page Custom Fields In Posts Page

I have custom fields running throughout my site pages, and have a page that runs the loop (let’s call it the blog) which is not the front page (the front page is static. Within that page that the blog is on, the index.php obviously overrides the page template. So I can’t get the custom header that I have set as a custom field to run on that blog page unless I put the custom field call in one of the posts itself and put a second, empty loop up top. Any suggestions on how to get the page custom fields to pull? or do i have to make it ugly like this?
