Hi Carl,
Thanks for reaching out. That’s strange. Can you please send me a copy of your layout? This will allow me to run some tests, and identify what’s going on. You can export any Page Builder powered page by opening the page in the editor, and clicking the Layouts button in the Page Builder toolbar. Click Import/Export, and then Download Layout. Upload the layout to WeTransfer or Pastebin, and reply with a link to the layout.
Kind regards,
Alex

Hi Carl,
Thanks. I was able to import the provided layout without issue, and it’s outputting as expected for me for me locally. It’s possible something is interfering with the output. Would you mind running a quick plugin conflict test?
You can start by disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue. You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins. So just to confirm, double check if the issue is coming up while all other plugins are disabled.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
You could also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen. Default WordPress themes are generally very light weight which lowers the chanc
Kind regards,
Alex
Hi Alex
Many thanks for your informative reply. I’ve de-activated all plugins except Siteorigins.
It looks better, but for some pages I must load the page twice before it shows the correct view.

Any ideas? A plugin seems to damage the layout, cant really tell which though?
Thanks!

Hi Carl,
That result, and the initial report, suggests these issues are likely related to a performance plugin. Are you using any performance plugins? If so, try deactivating them within their settings and then clearing your browser cache. Does that help? Performance plugins largely ignore the WordPress plugin activation system as they need to run as soon as possible so disabling the plugins will still allow for them to function. This test will allow us to know if they’re related or not.
Kind regards,
Alex
