Hi,
This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
Regards,
Hello Bro,
I did that. I have done the conflict test and also tried UM on twenty twenty one theme. Still it exists.
The issue exists only on the login, register, password reset and logout page.
Please help.
Hi @dhanjit12345
Do you have a caching plugin or server cache module installed on your site/server? If so, please try excluding UM pages from the cache and see if the issue goes away.
Regards,
I have excluded the cache from UM pages also but still the issue remains.
Here is the image link of the cache clear plugin-

I am having a similar issue where restricted pages are still showing the restricted access message after a user has logged in.
If they refresh the page the content is visible but users don’t know this and are complaining.
Hi @dicko1 @dhanjit12345
Could you please confirm with your hosting provider if there’s any caching module installed on your server? If so, please ask them to exclude UM pages from the cache.
