You will see that it just looks like it’s loading forever.
But you can get to the page via the main site – http://www.amandawasielewski.com/2016/
I was thinking that there’s some loading scripts that are interfering between the theme and the plugin but I’m not sure why it only doesn’t work when you directly link there
Your portfolio page loads using ajax so a call is done to the server but, in this case, the answer is not coming.
Is it working without adding the plugin shortcode? I think so but you know… just to be sure.
If you look into the browser console, you will see that there is some js errors in your page and fix them will required some testing work.
I will do some tests by myself in the future to understand if something can be done for improving my product.
Thanks for the response – yes it is working without the shortcode – so it only happens when I insert the plugin shortcode. Is there any reason the shortcode would mess up the ajax call?
I just simply took the shortcode out of the page and it works perfectly fine.
But I’ve already paid for the premium version of this plugin and I have a subscription to jw player – so I would really like it if the plugin would work here! 🙂
