Page Dropdown title/label/value

Hi,

Thanks for this great plugin! I have usability issue with a repeater field with page_dropdown -fields. It would be very helpful, if the text that is shown would change from “select a page” to the actual page title, it would make it easier to recognize.

Or is there a setting for this?
