Could you please tell me the version number of the plugin? We just released an update today, could you please check with this version (v6.6.0)?
The issue you’re experiencing is usually related to a server-side error (500 error), which can sometimes occur after a recent update due to conflicts or server limitations. Please share the Site Info, Please go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard.
