Page excerpts

Hi, I am using page excerpts, added to my theme with a function. In page exerpts (not post excerpts, when I activate Qtranslate the content of my excerpt dissappears in the backend but not in the frontend, and I am not able to edit it.
Somebody knows how to solve it?
