You have mistakenly added:
.page_header.has_cat_desc {min-height: 50px !important;}

it should be:
.page_head.has_cat_desc {min-height: 90px !important;}

Are you using Optimizer at the moment. Because by the looks of it it seems like you’re using another theme.
