Looks like you are using GeneratePress. You need to check your settings in
Appearance → Customize → Site Identity

Ah, yes, on second look you are using Yoast. This is a Yoast issue. If the instructions @muktadhawan provided don’t provide you the answer you’re looking for look back at the theme settings I suggested you look at, there is a place there that will provide you the option to remove the tag line all together or change it… if you continue to have problems contact the theme developer or the Yoast developers https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/
