Page Jumping?

    I’m struggling to create page jumps within my site. This is such a simple task I’ve accomplished so many times but for whatever reason can’t get it to work….

    It looks like the theme I’m using is using this to jump:

    <a href="#Link">Link Text</a>
<section id="link"></section>

    That’s not working.. Nothing I’ve tried is working including a few guides I’ve found here.

    I just feel like I’m doing something fundamentally wrong…

    Just… sad. I know I’ve been out of this for a while but this is just…. basic. 🙁
