Page keeps redirecting automatically

Clicking on the above link redirects to /website-design-old.

I recreated a page that I wanted to name /website-design to replace the current one by that same name. I renamed it /website-design-2 and named the new page website-design, but it renamed it to /website-design-3. I then renamed /website-design-3 to /website-design-old and tried to rename /website-design-3 to /website-design, but now it’s redirecting to /website-design-old. I deleted /website-design-old and went into the Redirection plugin and deleted the redirects for /website-design-2, /website-design-3 and /website-design-old. I even renamed the page to /website-design-and-development, but it keeps redirecting to /website-design-old.

At one point, I saw a popup that said it was going to redirect and I was able to prevent it from doing so. But I haven’t seen it since.

I have version 5.5.1

How can I rectify this issue?
