Page List Not Working

Sitemap at top right corner is not showing the page list after I copied and pasted [pagelist], [subpages], [siblings], [pagelist_ext] in the text box in the admin dashboard section of the page, and after adding this line to my theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter(‘widget_text’,’do_shortcode’);

I have also tried the same things with the permalink changed from http://www.jhowardco.com/sitemap-3.html to http://www.jhowardco.com/sitemap.html and that did not work either.
