Page load speed

Hello,

I’m having big problems with my page load speed.
When checking my site http://www.mallorykitecamps.com with other sites (http://www.nocti.cn/ and http://www.onholdcompany.com/) I’ve found using the same theme, mine is smaller and takes much more time to load. It also has much more requests compared to the other.

if you scroll down in the Waterfall you will see all the player.vimeo.com/video/ issues. Do you know how to fix this ? I’m not a webmaster and I do not know how to solve this issue which I’m guessing is slowing the page load.
