Page loader

I want a plugin that will dynamically(i think thats the word) load pages. So if I click on a link it with display a quick loading screen and load the page without appearing as if a new page has loaded. I want all pages to load like this. Do you guys know of any plugin(preferably free) that will help me. Im very desperate.
