Can you please disable the settings one by one, starting with minify, purge the cache after you disable each setting. See which setting might be causing the issue.

Did the issue start immediately after installing and activating W3 Total Cache or you have changed some settings and the issue started to occur after that?
If so, rever the settings to default. If the issue persists, please temporarily disable the other plugins and if the issue is gone, enable one by one and see if some other plugin is causing the conflict.
Make sure you are not using any other caching solution or server-side caching as that might cause conflicts also.
After set up changes. But not sure which set up effected it.
