Please, help understand why my page is preparing about 20 seconds on server before loading into browser? What can I do?

Turn on the cache for WP-QuickLaTeX. Open its settings page and follow the instructions there.

But your site is very slow overall. Check site optimization techniques, like cache (WP-SuperCache, etc.), etc.

Cache for QuickLaTeX is turned OFF on the page you mentioned.
Check the URLs of the formula images.

Make sure that webserver software you are running have permissions to write into the “wp-content/ql-cache” directory.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
I’ve created this dir, maden permissions and now it works very fast!
Possibly, there were no such a dir because our WordPress is a network (multisite) installation.
