    Hi There

    I use the plugin Exclude Pages to hide the page menu from the main navigation menu.
    But now I would like to show certain pages in that page menu but only if I am on a certain page.

    EX: I click on the “News” page in my main menu and I would like to show the page menu for sports, Hockey, Football etc…

    Is there a widget for this? or can anybody tell me how can I acomplish this.

    I suggest you begin to use “Appearance / Menus”
    Its the Menu manager in wordpress.
    begin to learn how to use “custom menu” widget in combination with the menu manager.
