I use permalinks – /%category%/%postname%/
I have a page that conatins a loop that show titles from one category.
I use the plugin wp-pagenavi for navigation.
It suppose to show 5 posts in every page.

the url of my page is – for example – mydomain.com/blog
when i’m trying to reach the next page it give me the url mydomain.com/blog/page/2/ but in the page it show the same 5 posts as in the first page..

what can i do?

does your query for the loop contain the ‘paged’ parameter?

example how to add it (adjust it to your existing code):
```
<?php
$paged = (get_query_var('paged')) ? get_query_var('paged') : 1; 

query_posts('category_name=thiscat&posts_per_page=5&paged=' . $paged);
?>
```

It sounds like your custom query code needs amending. Eg:
```
<?php
$paged = (get_query_var('paged')) ? get_query_var('paged') : 1;
$args= array(
	'category_name' => 'Foobar',
	'paged' => $paged
);
query_posts($args);
?>
```
