Page not found…

I have added a recipe to a post page on my WordPress site (http://bcfreshvegetables.com/wp/category/recipes/ – see Turnips and Chickpea Soup at the top) and when I click on the link to see the recipe, I get Page not cound…”Oops, we could not find what you were looking for…” What could I have done wrong?
