Page not found!!

My page http://sportsroar.com/ is not displaying in most of the computers. I said most of the because i can still add news and browse the site.

However, among our admins, only i can see the page and others see “Page not Found” or “403 error”. The thing is i can’t index the page in Webmaster tool and it is showing page not found.

Yesterday i was showing 403 error and suddenly today evening i can access the site. What is wrong with my site??

Any help please??
