I’m designing my website, so I’m using USB Webserver – but it happens with Wamp too:

The permalink after Preview Changes: page-country/moldova/?preview_id=359&preview_nonce=bb04acd184
On Monday I will upload new version (0.4.4) of the plugin with debug tools added, so I will be able to help you – currently I have no possibility to check if query variables are correctly altered.

I also recently found out that a couple of pages are also returning a 404 and when I disable ‘Permalink Manger’ the said pages load find without issues.
