Page not found

    Hi All,

    I just installed and set up a FAQs page using Ultimate FAQ plugin. The page is created without any issues, however, when I click on the plus icon to expand the answer to the question, a “page not found” page appears (the answer is actually shown for a second before the error page appears”. Any idea why this is happening?

    Hi kamnir,

    If you go to the “Options” tab then under the “Basic” section, could you let us know the settings you have for:

    – “Permalink Destination”
    – “FAQ Toggle”
    – “FAQ Accordion”

    Hi kamnir,

    Just so we can rule out a theme conflict:

    Could you temporarily switch to a default theme (such as “Twenty Nineteen”) and then test it?
    Note: if you have any caching plugins, you may want to clear cache after the theme switch
