    Here’s must be some conflict with another plugin. Could you please share a log file with us at here? It’ll help us in solving the issue.

    P.S: You can download the log file from the dashboard Menu > LoginPress > Help page.

    Hello, @pvdesign

    You are using this email. When I try to respond to you it’s bounced back to me again.
    According to the log file, some plugin (most probably: bbPress) makes conflict with LoginPress that’s why it’s not working in customizer. You can deactivate plugins one by one and find that plugin.
    Preferred to do that on the staging site instead of prod.

    It appears to tell me that the HELLO DOLLY plugin is still active but I cannot see it at all in my plugins

    I have decided to remove the plugin and am using an alternative……
