To help us with our investigation could you please provide us with the following:
1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing
Providing URL links to the pages with the separate CF7 and Download Monitor should be very helpful in determining the issue, so please include both Shortcode and URL.

Hi,
You can see a CF7 form at https://sabsa.org/architecting-a-secure-digital-world-download-request/ which submits fine and shows file inline. Shortcode is [email-download download_id=”1832″ contact_form_id=”1075″]
URL of the presented file is https://sabsa.org/?ebddl=b2417d2de8 which is not working and leads me to page not found.
I’m not sure what else I can provide you as this is all steps of the process.

Thank you for providing that. This issue sometimes comes from an invalid download monitor ID. To verify we suggest creating a page that just contains the Download Monitor Shortcode with the valid download ID.
Example:
[download id="46"]
Once this is done could you please provide a link to that page?

Thank you for providing this and confirming that the download plugin is functioning correctly. Could you also provide the shortcode that was used to accomplish this? The URL extension that is received when downloading does not appear to be the normal Download Monitor plugin format. Can you confirm which plugin you are using for Downloads?

Thank you, unfortunately, we are still unable to replicate the issue. To help us narrow down the issue could you post the following shortcode to a page and send us the URL?

Hi @jameslynas,
We are currently working on a bug with the plugin. If you have an expiration timer set on the download link, could you please temporarily change it to never? That will allow the plugin to function normally until we get a fix out.
