    Hello, I have a problem that is that when I want to change the configuration in the email tab and I click save changes, it says “page not found” and it does not save the changes.
    I have already deactivated all the plugins and it keeps giving me the same error, can anyone help me? I need help, urgently!

    Can you please deactivate and re-activate ultimate member plugin and see if that solves the issue.

    No nothing… I already tried deactivating and activating ultimate member and also all the plugins and leaving only ultimate member and it’s still the same…

    Do you have any security plugin installed or web hosting security like “Mod Security”?

    This issue can also be because of insufficient directory access permissions.
    This means that UM can’t read/write/save email template to your themes folder.
    Can you try to use a child-theme and see if it helps.

    I am already using a child theme, but in my child theme I do not have a template folder. How do I generate them?

    Yes, I have already seen the documentation, but in the folder of my child theme I do not have any UM template files. I can generate them and add them? as I would do it?

    UM should save your edited email template files in this directory.
    Maybe the file attributes are too low.

    UM recommends 0774

    I’m using 0755 at my site.
