The gallery on the page you’ve shared with us is not created using FooGallery and does not use FooBox as its lightbox.
If the issue you’ve described does happen in a gallery created using FooGallery, kindly share a page that contains one such gallery (you can even create a test page for this) so that we can have a closer look from our end before we can advise further. Thanks in advance for doing so.
Lastly, with all of that said, I’ve still just tested out the gallery on the page shared and when the image is clicked, it does open up in a lightbox as expected, as you can see from the image below of one of the gallery images opened up in the lightbox: https://prnt.sc/r0Zunghc4uHG
