Page not found 404

    Good morning.

    using the link that is created by the plugin I cannot download the file. error it gives me is “page not found 404”

    if I use this ([media-downloader media_id = “2467” texts = “Absoluta firmware) it makes me download but this ([download id =” 2709 “]) gives me an error.
    the problem of the first link is that activated for registered users only but it does download to everyone.
