    So I see the restrictions for using “Independently Verified”, somewhere it says CBD and Kratom are not allowed under this option, which I get it but we don’t sell CBD. We used to few years ago but not anymore, our reviews were showing up until a month or two ago and now it doesn’t.

    What can be done to address this? We have 1040 reviews that’s hanging somewhere in a blackhole. If we chose “No Validation” then will the old reviews display?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    As far as I can see, the moderation team found that you are using CusRev website to publish reviews of products from the prohibited categories. For example, “Premium CBD Oil”. As it is not allowed by the terms of use of the CusRev service, the page of your shop on CusRev website was blocked.

    If you haven’t already done so, please repost all reviews from the CusRev dashboard to your website. After that, you are welcome to continue using the plugin with the “No verification” setting because it doesn’t depend on the CusRev service, and hence, there are no limitations of categories of products for which you can collect reviews.

    @pistachio6321 thanks but you made me spend 1+ hour and go on a scavenger hunt and review every sitemap. I already told you that these products are no longer sold on our website and a little help where it was identified could’ve saved me 1+ hour. I found one testimonial left by a customer on that product back from early 2021 and that testimonial has been deleted.

    When can we expect this to be updated on your end? Sitemap no longer has that testimonial that was flagged by your bot.

    Thanks for letting us know that you stopped selling products from the prohibited categories. Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to unblock the page of your shop at the CusRev website after violation of the terms of service.

    You are welcome to continue using the plugin with the “No verification” setting because it doesn’t depend on the CusRev service and doesn’t post verified copies of reviews to the CusRev website.
