Page not found error

I have fresh install of Ubuntu, LAMP and WP. I have only a few plugins and no custom themes. I install woocommerce and immediately get a “page not found” error. I have changed permalinks, disabled cache plugin, restarted services. I have also tested the installation on a new VM install with same results. I have also done the install with no other plugins, only woocommerce.

After doing a lot of searching I found many “fixes” referring to the permalinks. I have changed them with no change. This is a self hosted in an ESXi machine. Thanks!
