I’ve downloaded and installed your plugin and created my first download file with shortcode. I’ve inserted the shortcode into the widget for the “get your free copy” button on the link indicated above but it’s not working as, when I click on the button, even though it sends me to the correct document link (I can see this in the address), the page opens to a “page not found”. Could you help me to understand what has gone wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

This is due to the way you try to add the shortcode to a page or post (the widget you’re using does not belong to Download After Email). You can add the shortcode with the shortcode Gutenberg block or if you use the classic editor you can paste the shortcode anywhere inside the content editor where you want it to be displayed.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Team Download After Email
