Page not refreshing

    The plugin was working perfect for weeks and just this morning it no longer automatically refreshes on the page. You have to F5 or refresh the page manually to get any chats to show up. Is this a common issue or is there a known fix? I have already deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the plugin with no fix.

    Glad to help with this. A lot has changed in recent updates. For example, JavaScript is now required for the chat to work properly. That also means that you may need to clear your browser cache and cookies to get the new script to load properly. I would try that, and if there remains any issue, feel free to share a link where I can investigate further. Thank you
