Page not uploading properly

Another issue I’ve been having for quite some time is that the page doesn’t upload properly (it’s like it get’s stuck at 90% or something). Basically, the EU consent message at the bottom of each post and page doesn’t always load unless you reload the page (I’m testing this in incognito). The problem is most visible on the homepage, where the first image that is supposed to be screen wide, doesn’t go into screen wide mode, displaying white spaces on the left and write. What can be the problem? Thanks!

I’ve had troubles in the past with my threads not being published because of adding a link, that’s why I tried to avoid posting one. But sure, I will – it’s travelersuniverse.com
I’ve been using both Chrome and Safari. The error persists in both browsers. Yes, I cleared the cache.
Here are 2 images that illustrate the error.
Usually, the first time the page loads, it gives the error (but this is not in 100% of the cases). If then I refresh the page, the error disappears in most of the cases. Subsequent refreshes might or might not return an error. It’s weird.
