    Hi @xenesy,

I’ve checked one of my own sites, and everything appears to be working correctly. I’ve translated the site into three languages (with Translatepress), and each time I switch between them, the ‘Select a Payment Method’ and ‘Payment Details’ sections display properly.

I’ve checked your developer console and noticed errors from the ‘WP Simple Pay Pro 3’ plugin, as well as from a caching plugin. Please deactivate your caching plugins and see if the issue persists. If it does, try deactivating the ‘WP Simple Pay Pro 3’ plugin and check your registration form again.

    Hi @madalinaruzsa

thanks, you right, when I desactivate wp rocket, it works well … How can I do ? ( for wp simple pro I will switch to paid member that’s the reason it’s still active)

    there is any solution ?

    Hi @xenesy,

So it seems that the WP Rocket plugin caused this issue. You can reactivate the plugin, but to prevent the issue from happening again, be sure to exclude all pages that use the Paid Member Subscriptions shortcode from caching. You can see here: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/54-exclude-pages-from-the-cache instructions on how to exclude pages from caching with the Wp Rocket plugin.

And if your site is working correctly after you exclude the Paid Member Subscriptions shortcode from caching you can leave the ‘WP Simple Pay Pro 3’ plugin active.
