Page reload after accepting (shortcode)

Hello,
I have disabled the auto block functionality and use the [cookie] … [/cookie] shortcode instead. If I click the Accept-Button, the page is not reloaded. If I use auto block funktionality it is reloaded but as I need to block only one specific part, I would prefer the shortcode.
Any help would be really appreciated.
